Michelle Campanella

Michelle Campanella currently serves in the Ouvidoria at Correios e Telégrafos since January 2023. Previously, Michelle held various positions at Postal Saúde from January 2014 to March 2023, including Ombudsperson and National Director of Health and Accredited Network. At Correios, from May 2005 to December 2014, Michelle worked as Head of Department for Central Health and as National Manager of Service for Central Health, alongside providing support for People Management. Michelle's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UDF Centro Universitário (2005-2009), an MBA in Strategic Management in Health from the University of Miami (2013), and certifications in Ombudsman practices from the International Ombudsman Association and Associação Brasileira de Ouvidores.
