Paula Rodrigues

Paula Rodrigues is an experienced UX Researcher with a strong background in service design projects for the public sector. Currently, Paula is employed at Correlate since January 2023, and previously contributed to UX research at With Company from October 2022 to June 2023. Prior to these roles, Paula had significant experience as a UX Researcher and Consultant at SPARCK, where human-centered design and digital transformation were emphasized. Paula is also a co-founder of Café Boavida, focusing on customer experience and operations in the food industry, and the founder of Frown&Folks, an independent brand of hand-drawn patterns. As a multidisciplinary designer, Paula has worked independently from 2006 to 2021, with roles including Wayfinding Designer at Applied Information Group and Graphic Designer at Creative Family. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Communication Design from Central Saint Martins, User Experience Design from Ironhack, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from the University of Lisbon.
