Javiera Yávar Farachi's work experience begins in 2012 as a Freelance Designer, collaborating on various projects and creating visual identities for entrepreneurs, companies, and institutions. In 2012, they also worked as a Content Editor for ArchDaily en Español, where they developed creative sections on architecture and published articles and digital content. From 2014 to 2015, Javiera worked as a Service Design Assistant, contributing to the "Santiago Lateral" project and implementing design thinking methodologies to foster collaboration between public and private actors. In 2015, they joined ProChile, initially as an International Fair Designer and later as an Art Director, responsible for conceptualizing marketing campaigns and supervising the design team. In 2019, Javiera became the Trade Manager at the Chilean Commercial Office, supporting the internationalization of Chilean companies and promoting the country's offerings. Javiera then moved to the position of Head of Events Sub-department at ProChile, coordinating multiple events and participating in global marketing campaigns. In 2021, Javiera joined Betterfly as the Chile Event Manager, and they later became the Chile & Perú Events Lead, where they focused on implementing marketing strategies, coordinating events, and fostering strategic partnerships. Most recently, they are working at CorreosChile as the Head of Public-Private Partnerships, where they are responsible for executing a plan of strategic alliances and managing commercial strategies with public and private agents.

Javiera Yávar Farachi attended Universidad Diego Portales from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in Design.
