Tae Macias, CPA has extensive experience in finance and operations, spanning over two decades. They currently work as the Director of Operations Finance at Corridor Capital since March 2022. Prior to this, Tae held the position of CFO of National Operations at DermCare Management from October 2019 to March 2022, where they focused on aligning operations and finance divisions, refining key performance metrics reporting, and enhancing strategic thinking.
Before DermCare Management, Tae served as the Chief Financial Officer at Skin & Beauty Center from March 2017 to December 2020. Notable achievements during this role include facilitating a merger and integration with DermCare Management, professionalizing the finance functions, and supporting a rapid-growth strategy through acquisitions and process improvements.
From 2013 to 2016, Tae worked at COPE Health Solutions, initially as the Controller and later as the EVP and Chief Financial Officer. During their tenure, they streamlined financial reporting, strengthened internal controls, and successfully launched a spin-off entity. Tae also played a key role in driving the transformation and growth of the company.
Prior to these roles, Tae operated their own consulting practice, MaciasCPA.com, from 2008 to 2013. As the Principal Consultant, they advised start-up entities, provided tax planning services, and identified areas for operational and financial optimization.
Tae began their career as a Senior Auditor at Miller, Kaplan, Arase & Co., LLP from 2003 to 2007. They also gained finance experience as a Finance Manager at ARTISTdirect from 1998 to 2003 and as a Project Manager at Precision Entertainment in 1997.
