Nicolas Dib

Nicolas, or Nic, joined Corridor Funding as VP of Asset Management to help grow Corridor Funding’s client base of foreign national real estate investors. Nicholas, whose Nic name is Ivy, pursued his graduate degree in International Business at Columbia University and Nic leveraged this education and prior experience into a successful business in real asset management and project development for real estate investors. In only four years Nic was managing institutional-size portfolios of SFR 1-4, Multifamily, and Commercial properties between Latin America and the United States with his focus being the San Antonio – Austin corridor. Nic is working with our Regional Directors to penetrate this large and underserved market. In addition to helping foreign national investors, Nic has also served as a value-add resource to our Corridor Funding client family as they reach out to him to seek his insight as a supplement to their own due diligence.
