Erik Stegall is an experienced mortgage banker at Corridor Mortgage Group, Inc, where since April 2013, Erik has focused on educating borrowers and enhancing Realtor partnerships to increase transactions and buyer potential. With a comprehensive background in mortgage lending, home appraisals, title work, and closings, Erik effectively communicates with borrowers to ensure a comfortable purchasing process and informed financial decisions. Additionally, Erik serves as a title agent at Mundial Consulting since 2012 and previously owned E.D.S. Appraisal Service from 2003 to 2010, specializing in home appraisals. Educational qualifications include studies at Carroll Community College and Lansdowne High School.
