Prisca Girardi

Prisca Girardi currently serves as the Responsabile Risorse Umane di Gruppo at Corriere del Ticino since January 2023. With extensive experience in human resources, Prisca has been a Human Resources Swiss Federal Examiner for the HR Specialist Certificate at H|R|S|E Human Resources Swiss Exams since 2019. Previous roles include Human Resources Development Manager at Business Up from November 2020 to December 2022, Company Trainer and Case Manager at Fondation IPT from September 2016 to October 2020, and various HR positions at Bally from April 2001 to August 2016, including Head Quarters HR Director. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Human Capital Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland, an Executive CAS in Transformative Leadership from Business School Lausanne, a formatore per adulti certification, a Federal Professional Certificate in Personnel Management, and a degree in Modern Foreign Languages and Literatures from Università degli Studi di Milano.
