Neil Rogers has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development in the metals industry. Neil worked at Corrosion Materials as the Director of Sales & Marketing and previously as the Branch Manager. At Castle Metals, they held various roles including Director of Business Development, Director of Strategic Accounts, Marketing Manager for Nickel & Titanium, and General Manager of the Keystone Tube Division. Prior to Castle Metals, they worked at Ryerson, Inc in sales and sales management.

Neil Rogers earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they completed between 1977 and 1981. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business, which they successfully obtained in 1987.
