Enea Fracassi has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Enea started their career at Rolls-Royce as a Trainee before becoming an Aircraft Projects Engineer, where they were involved in aircraft design and flight operations support. Enea then moved on to Corsair International - TUI group, where they served as a Flight Operations Engineer and Fuel Efficiency Manager, focusing on aircraft performance analysis and aviation authorities interface. At Corsair International, they held various roles including Fleet Manager, Head of Engineering and Maintenance Planning, and Powerplant Manager. In these positions, they managed maintenance services, lease contracts, and engine fleet responsibilities. Enea is currently working at Corsair International as the Chief Operating Officer and Accountable Manager, overseeing flight operations, maintenance, ground operations, and flight safety. Enea is also responsible for fleet management and renewal.
Enea Fracassi completed their Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in the duration of 1996 to 2001. Enea specialized in Aerodynamics during this time. Later, from 2016 to 2017, they pursued an Executive MBA at INSEAD and achieved the distinction of being on the Dean's list.
