Scott Mingee

Mr. Mingee is an Operating Partner of Corsair.

Mr. Mingee is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience in technology-enabled health services. Mr. Mingee joined Equian as the Chief Executive Officer in April 2013. As Chief Executive Officer, he was responsible for developing Equian into a market leader in the healthcare payment integrity market.

Prior to Equian, Mr. Mingee was Group President of the Healthcare Provider business for ACS/Xerox and held Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer positions at OASYS, a payer-based technology services company that was successfully acquired by ACS in 2002. Mr. Mingee also held various executive and management roles at Anthem from 1990 until 1998 and helped launch a successful spin out of Outsourced Administrative Systems in 1998.
