George W. Mahaffey

George Mahaffey is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. As of December 2023, George serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Corsair Pharma, focusing on innovative treatments for pulmonary arterial hypertension. Previously, from April 2020 to May 2023, George was the President and CEO of Mindera Health, where efforts centered on a predictive test for biologic drug responses. George also held the CEO position at Clarify Medical, overseeing the development of a novel FDA-cleared phototherapy device, and has been instrumental in leadership roles at Neothetics, Peplin, CoTherix, Scios, and Neurex. George's educational background includes an MBA from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
