Matheus Possiedi has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Matheus started their career as an intern graphic designer at Infoco Certificação Digital in 2016, where they worked on creating covers for study books and editorial design projects. In 2018, they joined Abridor de Latas Comunicação Sindical as a graphic designer, developing nationwide campaigns for organizations.

In 2019, Matheus worked as a UI designer at Clickright Soluções em Tecnologia, where they created and prototyped various websites while considering client requests and UX fundamentals. Matheus also served as the Head of Design at TeraByteShop|Loja de Informática para Gamers e Entusiastas! during this period, leading campaigns and a rebranding project to enhance communication and growth in the Brazilian gaming market.

From 2018 to 2020, Matheus worked as a graphic designer at Coomunic - Corporate ID, contributing to various design projects. In 2020, they joined Polar Ace as the Head of Design, responsible for creating and developing their brand on social media platforms and assisting the marketing team with apparel design requests.

Matheus's design skills expanded through their freelancing work at Design by Cid, which they started in 2016. During this time, they focused on brand design, UI/UX, and visual design, working on different projects for various companies and agencies.

In 2021, Matheus took on the role of a brand designer at Corsair and Visuals by Impulse, utilizing their expertise to contribute to their branding initiatives. Matheus also joined Quartel Design as a UX/UI designer, collaborating with the product design and development team in creating and prototyping interfaces.

Matheus Possiedi completed an online course in UX design at EBAC - Escola Britânica de Artes Criativas e Tecnologia in 2021. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2019, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Graphic Design at Universidade Tuiuti do Paraná.
