Victor Matallana has extensive work experience in customer service and technical support roles. Victor started their career at Yao Interactive as an IT and Marketing Specialist, where they led the support team, provided technical support, and maintained the company's website and ecommerce store. Victor then joined BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America Inc. as a Lead PC Technical Support Representative, troubleshooting complex software issues and performing verification testing on reported bugs.
