André Gutterres Borges

André Gutterres Borges has a diverse background in civil engineering and water management, having worked in various private companies serving governmental entities in Porto Alegre and across Rio Grande do Sul from 2001 to 2008. They joined CORSAN in 2008, serving in multiple roles, including Department Manager, Regional Superintendent (SURMET) from 2015 to 2021, and Expansion Director from 2021 to 2023. Currently, André holds the position of Director at CORSAN and has been appointed as Regional President for São Paulo at Aegea Saneamento. They are also pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering and Occupational Safety Engineering at the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul.
