Phoebe Fan is a Brand Protection Partner at Corsearch, leading a team of 60 international experts in establishing a global online brand protection and anti-counterfeiting program for a prestigious luxury group since May 2021. Prior to this role, Phoebe served as a Brand Protection Client Manager and Brand Protection Analyst at Incopro, specializing in sectors such as fashion, luxury, FMCGs, and pharmaceuticals. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Lancaster University, complemented by various legal placements enhancing expertise in brand protection.
