John Joyner

John Joyner is a Senior Director of Technology at Corsica Technologies, having held this role since 1998, where they serve as a lead cloud and cybersecurity architect and Microsoft practice lead. With expertise in multi-cloud management, security solutions, and Azure technologies, John is recognized as a Microsoft MVP from 2007 to 2026 and holds the title of Microsoft Sentinel Black Belt. Prior to their current positions, John served in the U.S. Navy from 1982 to 1998 as a Computer Scientist and Surface Warfare Officer, gaining extensive experience in network operations and naval communications. They earned a degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Leeds School of Business, in 1982.
