Prashant Kaul has over 20 years of experience in sales and business development. In 2000, they began their career as a Sales Manager at HEINZ INDIA, where they were responsible for leading channel sales and distribution in the region of Western UP. During their time there, they increased the number of channel partners from 2 to 10, and increased sales revenue by 5x. In 2004, they joined Ingram Micro as an Area Sales Manager, where they were responsible for leading channel sales and distribution in Chandigarh UT, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir. During their time there, they added 8 new channel partners and increased territory revenue 3x. In 2005, they moved to Elixir CT as the Director of Sales. In 2007, they joined IL&FS ETS as Manager of the e-Governance Division and ICT Consulting. In 2009, they joined HCL Infosystems, India as Director of Enterprise Accounts (e-Governance). During their time there, they grew the team from an individual contributor to 4 pre-sales managers and 1 bid manager, and increased the number of directly serviced end users by 80. In 2012, they joined 3M as the Head of Sales for Public Safety (Identity Management). In 2021, they joined a startup as the Head of Strategy, Sales & CXM. Currently, they are the Regional Sales Director at Corsight AI, where they are responsible for leading and driving Corsight's business in the region, and is responsible for growth of end users, strategic partnerships, channel partners, and top line.
Prashant Kaul's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune from 1993-1997, a Masters in Business Administration in Marketing Management from Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of Management Research from 1997-1999, and a Certificate Course in Digital Strategies for Business: Leading The Next-Generation Enterprise from Columbia Business School in 2018-2019.
