Shay Poleg

Shay Poleg has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they began working at Corsight AI as Sales Director Middle East & Africa, Business Operations Manager, and Business Operations Analyst. In 2020, they worked at Cactus Capital as an Investment Analyst and at Google Developers as a Developers Student Club Founder. In 2019, they were Co-Founder of XSible, a crowd sourced based App that allows users to read and submit ratings of locations based on their accessibility. Shay also participated in the 8200 Impact Accelerator and was awarded first place in a joint program of Google, Israeli Ministry of Justice and Ben Gurion University. In 2014, Shay Poleg was a Project Manager at R&D Weaponary Company, Maglan Unit in the Israel Defense Forces. During this role, they led the field of Robotics and Drones in the unit and in the Israeli Ground Forces, initiated and managed close work relationships with various POCs from different organizations, planned and conducted field and laboratory experiments with various systems and companies, and trained combat soldiers on numerous technological platforms.

Shay Poleg is currently studying Information Systems Management at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which they began in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2022. Shay has also obtained several certifications, including the AWS Academy Cloud Foundations from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2022, the Startup Investment Analyst Course from fresh.fund in June 2020, Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap from LinkedIn in May 2020, UX Foundations: Accessibility from LinkedIn in May 2020, Power BI Essential Training (2019) from LinkedIn in April 2020, and SQL Essential Training (2018) from LinkedIn in April 2020.
