Rick Quinn has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Rick started their career as a Technical Support employee at Wall Data in 1997 and worked there until 2001. Rick then joined NetManage as a Training Manager, providing product and technical training to Sales and Technical Support teams. In 2003, they worked as a Corporate Trainer at PSC Scanning, where they developed and delivered training materials.

From 2004 to 2006, Rick worked at Innuity - Vista.com as a Technical Support Manager, leading a 24/7 call center and providing support for web-based product groups. Rick then joined Fluke Networks in 2006 as the Technical Support Manager, managing a team of 15 employees and providing worldwide technical support for network analytical systems.

Rick managed supervisors and was accountable for the operational results of the Isilon Technical Customer Support Organization. Rick also held the role of Total Customer Experience Manager, acting as a liaison between various departments to drive customer-focused improvements.

In 2016, Rick worked as the Global Program Director at Lionbridge, where they led and managed a global team, developing and executing solutions across all service offerings.

Currently, Rick is working at CORTAC Group as a Senior Program Manager. Rick'sresponsibilities include overseeing the deployment and management of various programs such as workstation image deployment, WAN merge, security requirements, and mobile device migration.

Rick Quinn attended Portland State University from 1978 to 1984 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Management. Rick'sfield of study was Business Administration and Management, General. In addition, Rick Quinn became a Smartsheet Certified User in January 2019, obtaining their certification from Smartsheet.
