Caleb Pheneger

Caleb Pheneger has extensive work experience in various roles at Cortec Corporation. Caleb began their career at the company in 2012 as a Technical Service Engineer, providing assistance to customers and the sales team in product recommendations and troubleshooting. Caleb also supported the production team with engineering support and the implementation of new equipment.

In 2014, Caleb took on the role of Project Engineer, where they were responsible for the engineering aspects of new equipment implementation and plant design. Caleb also worked closely with the sales team on large projects, providing technical expertise and overseeing process and quality improvement projects.

Later, Caleb was promoted to the position of Production Manager, where they managed the shipping, production, and maintenance departments and supervised a team of 25-30 employees. Their responsibilities included ensuring timely production, maintaining quality standards, and identifying and resolving process inefficiencies.

Caleb then transitioned to the role of Director of Manufacturing in 2017, overseeing the manufacturing operations of the company. In this role, they played a crucial part in guiding and managing the manufacturing processes.

Their most recent role at Cortec Corporation is Chief Operating Officer, which they assumed in 2022. As the COO, Caleb holds a senior leadership position and is responsible for the overall operation of the company.

Prior to joining Cortec Corporation, Caleb worked as a Contract to Hire Engineer at Strom Engineering for a few months before joining Cortec Corporation on a regular employment basis.

Caleb Pheneger earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University between 2009 and 2012.
