Gladys Lee

Gladys Lee, CFA, currently serves as the Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations at Cortec Group since June 2024. Lee is also a member of the Private Equity Women Investor Network (PEWIN) starting in 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Investor Relations at CAVU Consumer Partners and Senior Vice President of Capital Formation & Investor Relations at Cerberus Capital Management, where responsibilities included private equity, real estate, structured credit, and non-performing loan product specialization. Lee's earlier career includes positions at Goldman Sachs as a Senior Associate, EY as a Senior Associate and CPA in the Financial Services Office, Standard Chartered Bank as a Relationship Manager, and PwC as an Associate. Lee holds degrees from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, Raffles Institution, and Raffles Girls' School.
