Beatriz Guerra

Beatriz Guerra currently serves as the Head of IT Support & Technology Projects at TENDAM, starting in September 2023. Previously, Beatriz was a Retail & Logistics Innovation Manager at Vodafone from July 2017 to September 2023, utilizing Design Thinking methodology to enhance customer experiences and develop new technology-driven MVPs. Prior experience includes a role in Large Enterprises Digital Transformation at Telefónica from April 2010 to June 2017, where strategies for digital transformation and business opportunity identification were developed. Beatriz also has a background as a Business Development Consultant and Product Manager for conferencing products, contributing to the development of significant corporate accounts throughout a career that began during an internship at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Beatriz holds a Telecommunications Engineering degree with an EHealth specialization from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and has pursued various additional qualifications related to digital marketing, business administration, and blockchain technologies.
