Nacho Olmeda

Nacho Olmeda is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in retail human resources across multiple countries. Currently serving as the Global Retail HR Director at TENDAM since April 2018, Olmeda focuses on developing and executing a retail people strategy that enhances store performance, drives business growth, and ensures consistency in HR processes globally. Prior to TENDAM, Olmeda held the position of Retail HR Director EMEA at Michael Kors, where responsibilities included creating European retail people plans and improving operational efficiencies. Olmeda's career began at Inditex, with progressive roles in HR management across Switzerland, the UK, and Spain. Olmeda also gained foundational experience as a Recruitment Manager at TEMA Marketing Integral. Academically, Olmeda holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad CEU San Pablo and a Law degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
