Aruna Rachakonda

Aruna Rachakonda serves as the Global Program Director for Insecticides and Nematicides at Corteva Agriscience since March 2019, focusing on strategic and operational marketing aimed at sustainable business growth and water and soil stewardship through women farmers in underserved regions. Prior to this role, Aruna held various positions at Monsanto Company, including Business Lead for Vietnam, Myanmar, and Laos, where leadership was provided to enhance business strategy and profitability in the seeds and traits sector, and Marketing and Product Management Lead for Southeast Asia and Pakistan. Earlier career experience includes serving as International Marketing Lead and Global Corn Crop Lead at ADVANTA SEEDS and as a Scientist at ICRISAT. Aruna holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the Indian School of Business, completed an executive education program in Business Analytics at The Wharton School, and earned a PhD in Plant Genetics from ICRISAT.
