Ashley Hromatko

Ashley Hromatko is an accomplished leader in FinOps with extensive experience in operations and engineering. Currently serving as the I&O FinOps Engineering Lead at Corteva Agriscience, Ashley previously held the role of VP of Operations at the FinOps Foundation, where responsibilities included acting as Chief of Staff and overseeing program initiatives. Ashley's background includes significant contributions at Pearson, where leadership included managing a large FinOps team and innovative budgeting strategies. With earlier roles at ACT and experience in information systems, Ashley possesses a strong foundation in technical project management and team leadership, supported by an M.B.A. from Mount Mercy University and a BA in Management Information Systems from the University of Northern Iowa.
