Cindy Young is a dedicated professional with over sixteen years of experience in learning and development. They have held various roles including Learning Leader at Corteva, where Cindy currently serves as the Compliance Learning Leader, and previously as an Instructional Systems Designer at The Dow Chemical Company. Cindy's expertise lies in developing training programs and implementing process improvements, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing organizational performance. They began their career as a teacher at Midland Public Schools and are a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University with a B.A. in Education.
