Heather Snowgren is a seasoned professional in the agricultural and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as the Capability Leader for Genome Technology Discovery at Corteva Agriscience since October 2017. In this role, Heather leads a scientific team focused on evaluating and advancing emerging technologies in Research and Development. Previous responsibilities included serving as Open Innovation Manager, where engagement with external innovators was prioritized to enhance technical solutions, and as a Research Scientist within the Global Production Genotyping Leadership Team, concentrating on sampling processes in seed production. Prior experience at DuPont Pioneer included positions as Research Scientist, Senior Research Associate, and Research Associate, during which Heather implemented quality initiatives and collaborated closely with crop research teams.
