Holly Bergman

Holly Bergman, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR business partnering, currently serving as the North America Talent Acquisition Manager for Corteva Agriscience since May 2013. With a strong background in strategic HR initiatives, Holly has provided consulting to approximately 700 employees, fostering effective team dynamics and managing workforce challenges. Previous roles include HR Generalist positions at DuPont Pioneer and Target, as well as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Pioneer Hi-Bred International. Holly holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Northern Iowa and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wartburg College.
