Hui Shao serves as the R&D Director and Global Product Science & Technology Leader at Corteva Agriscience since January 2018, overseeing the design, development, and launch of crop protection and biological solutions for a $7+ billion business platform, responsible for over 150 new product launches annually. Prior experience at Dow AgroSciences includes leadership roles focused on product technology expertise, formulation project management, and innovation in agricultural chemicals, resulting in numerous successful formulations and significant operational improvements. Hui holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from The Ohio State University and a Master's degree in Textile Chemical Engineering from Donghua University.
