Rebecca Shepler

Rebecca Shepler, MBA, CLSSGB, currently serves as the Indianapolis Lead for Research IT Operations and Systems at Corteva Agriscience, where responsibilities include leading IT operations for multi-disciplinary R&D groups and enhancing data-driven decision-making. In addition, Rebecca is a member of the Board of Directors at Noble, focusing on expanding opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities, and previously held the role of VP of Quality for the APICS Central Indiana Chapter, where processes were streamlined to meet quality standards. Prior experience includes positions in continuous improvement at US Foods, business strategy at AXA Advisors, and global supply chain analysis at Ingredion Incorporated. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a BS in Biology from Purdue University.
