Hamza Raoui

Hamza Raoui is a Senior Tech Lead at Cortex génie humain since August 2018, where responsibilities include operational packaging with SCCM, App-V, and Intune, as well as leading a migration project from physical to virtual environments and imaging Windows 10. Prior experience includes roles as an Application Packager at Desjardins in June 2018 and as an IT Support Technician at OneProvider.com from November 2017 to July 2018. Hamza is currently pursuing a Certificat en architecture et gestion de la cybersécurité at Polytechnique Montréal, expected to complete in December 2024, and has previously earned a Certificat en analyse opérationnelle de la cybersécurité and a Diplome d'études collégiales in gestion de réseaux informatique from the same institutions in 2023 and 2018, respectively.
