Nolan Essigmann

Nolan Essigmann is currently a Software Architect & Engineering Manager at Cortex. Nolan has also worked as a Research Technician in Synthetic and Systems Biology at Berkeley Lab from April 2013 to January 2014, and as an Undergraduate Researcher in Chemical Biology at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from June 2011 to October 2012.

Nolan has spent their gap year working at UC Berkeley designing high-throughput protein-protein interactomics assays using Python and SQL. Nolan has also used genetic engineering tools along with molecular modeling Python libraries to design and rationally construct molecular sensors in the laboratory of Professor Alice Ting. Nolan was also interim lab manager while they were at MIT.

Nolan Essigmann attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics.

They work with Aj Smith - VP, Clinical Managed Services, Ashlee Robinson - Operations Manager, and Josh Albrechtsen - Co-Founder & President. A direct report to Nolan Essigmann is and Brandon Olson - Software Engineer. Nolan Essigmann reports to Riley Adamson, Founder & CEO.
