Shawn Penrice

Shawn Penrice is an accomplished sales executive with extensive leadership experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the VP of Worldwide Sales at Cortex since January 2025, Shawn previously held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Rafay from January 2024 to January 2025. Prior to that, Shawn was with LaunchDarkly, where roles included Vice President of Sales and Regional Vice President - Enterprise Sales from November 2021 to December 2023. Career progression includes significant positions at AppDynamics as Area Sales Director and Regional Sales Director from October 2018 to November 2021, and as Client Director at AHEAD from December 2016 to October 2018. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain Management and Logistics from Michigan State University and an MBA from Wayne State University.
