Valentina Lo Nardo has over 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Valentina began their career in 2005 as a Human Resources employee at Randstad Italia. In 2007, they moved to Fnac Italia Spa as a Human Resources Manager. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Banzai Commerce srl - Banzai Group. Valentina then became the Human Resources Manager for Saldiprivati.com - Showroomprive Group from 2016 to 2019. Currently, they are the Head of People & Culture at Cortilia.

Valentina Lo Nardo attended 24ORE Business School from 2018 to 2018, where they obtained a degree in Labour law, litigation, labour relations and welfare.
