Bill Raynor

Bill Raynor is an experienced financial executive currently serving as the Managing Director & Head of US Operations at Cortland Credit Group, focusing on national distribution networks for investor capital. Prior to this role, Bill held the position of Director of Institutional Management at Putnam Investments, where relationship cultivation within institutional business development was paramount. Bill also spent a significant portion of career at OppenheimerFunds, progressing through various roles, including Managing Director and Vice President, concentrating on institutional client relationships and business development. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at AIM Investments/Invesco and Merrill Lynch, as well as a legal advisory role with the Massachusetts State Senate's Senate Ways & Means Committee. Bill holds a Juris Doctorate from New England Law in Boston and a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Policy Studies from Syracuse University.
