Dinesh Tarigopula

Dinesh Tarigopula, CMIT, LEED Green Associate, has extensive experience in construction management, currently serving as a Construction Manager at Cortland since February 2016, where a portfolio of $70M in renovation projects was successfully managed, achieving a 15% profit margin and timely completion. Responsibilities included developing project estimates, contracts, schedules, and implementing integrated project delivery methods to enhance rent growth and productivity. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant Construction Manager at Emory University, where involvement spanned all aspects of project management, and as a Student Assistant at Georgia Tech Center for Geographical Information Systems, focusing on data collection for urban mobility improvements. Dinesh earned a Master of Science in Building Construction and Facilities Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology.
