Frances Nichols

Frances Nichols is an experienced professional in account settlement and collections, currently serving as the Account Settlement Manager at Cortland since October 2018. Previously, Frances held the position of Director of Collections at The RADCO Companies ® from March 2017 to September 2018 and served as Collections Manager at Post Properties from June 2001 to February 2017, overseeing the collection of former resident accounts within a multi-family portfolio generating $384 million annually. Frances also held roles as Assistant Property Manager and Senior Leasing Consultant at Post Properties, and worked as a Collections Manager for MAA. Frances began a career in human resources at APAC, Inc., contributing to a major bid project for Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Frances holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
