Tiffany James Broadwater, MBA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in property management and accounting. Currently serving as Property Controller at Cortland since March 2019, Tiffany has previously held the roles of Assistant Property Controller at Cortland and Adjunct Accounting/Business Faculty at The Art Institutes.
