Philip O'Connor currently serves as Executive Officer in ICT at CORU, a role started in September 2023. Prior to this, Philip was with Kyndryl as Resources Manager and UKI Incentive Program Leader from February 2022 to September 2023. Philip's extensive experience at IBM spanned over 23 years, where roles included Project Office Procurement Manager, WPP Triage SME, IT Infrastructure Europe Volume Planner, and Business Operations Analyst, among others. Philip contributed significantly to CRM operations, receiving Outstanding Awards for contributions to the CRM Helpdesk. Earlier career experience included positions at Microsoft as a Production Supervisor Project and Assembly Technician. Philip holds a Diploma in Business Studies and a Certificate in Supervisory Management from the Irish Management Institute.

CORU - Regulating Health + Social Care Professionals
CORU is Ireland's multi-profession health and social care regulator. The role of CORU is to protect the public by promoting high standards of professional conduct, education, training and competence through statutory registration of health and social care professionals. CORU currently regulates the following professions as designated in the Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005: Dietitians, Dispensing Opticians, Medical Scientists, Occupational Therapists, Optometrists, Physiotherapists, Radiographers, Radiation Therapists, Social Workers, Speech and Language Therapists. The following professions will soon be regulated by CORU but have not yet opened registers : Social Care Workers, Psychologists, Counsellors and Psychotherapists, Clinical Biochemists, Orthoptists and Podiatrists.
