Umut Ozdogan has a wealth of experience in the energy industry. Starting in 2004 with Chevron, Umut held various roles, including Senior Advisor and Manager, gaining experience in strategy, planning, project management, and thermal operations. Umut managed a multi-million dollar budget and led cross-functional teams. In 2017, Umut joined QRI as Vice President and later became a Project Director and Principal Consultant. During their time at QRI, they focused on project management and consulting. In 2019, Umut joined Tiburon Resources as Managing Director, where they provided commercial and strategy advisory services for energy projects, including carbon reduction projects, carbon offsets market, energy asset acquisition, and carbon capture storage advisory. In 2022, Umut joined Corva as the Group Director of Commercial & Sustainability.
Umut Ozdogan completed a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Stanford University from 2002 to 2004. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the USC Marshall School of Business. The field of study for their MBA is not specified.
