Nahil Mahmood

Nahil Mahmood has had a diverse and accomplished work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Nahil is currently the Managing Director and Global Head of Cyber Security at Corvit Networks, where they focus on developing robust cybersecurity strategies and programs. Prior to this, Nahil served as the Founder & CEO of Delta Tech Security, where they provided oversight and direction to numerous projects across various industries. Nahil also worked as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at MCB Bank Limited, where they managed IT functions related to cybersecurity protection. Additionally, Nahil worked at IBM Pakistan as an Advisory Network Specialist and successfully led a notable network security upgrade project for a major bank. Overall, Nahil brings a wealth of expertise and experience to the cybersecurity field.

Nahil Mahmood has a BSc in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Communications from The University of Texas at Austin. They also hold a High School Certificate in O Levels and A Levels from Aitchison College, Lahore. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications including CCIE, CISSP, CCSK, and MITRE ATTACK Defender x3. They have also obtained multiple certifications in areas such as sales, application security testing, adversary emulation, cyber threat intelligence, security operations center assessment, and threat hunting. They acquired these certifications from institutions such as Synopsys Inc, KnowBe4, MITRE Engenuity, and Cloud Security Alliance.
