Lora Straw, RHIT, has extensive experience in medical coding, currently serving as a Remote Medical Coder at Coryell Health since May 2020. Prior to this role, Lora worked as a Medical Coder/Charge Capture at KIWI-TEK from December 2019 to September 2020, and briefly at Harmony Healthcare and himagine solutions inc. in 2019. Lora began a coding career at Baylor Scott & White Health, where tenure lasted from August 2013 to July 2019, holding the position of Coder I. Lora achieved the Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) certification through AHIMA in 2014.
