Jessica Duncan

Jessica Duncan currently serves as the Global Director of HR Operations & People Experience at Corza Medical, where the mission is to support the surgical community through exceptional products and services. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at GenMark Diagnostics, focusing on enhancing patient care through molecular diagnostic solutions. Jessica also held the position of Human Resources Director at AR Global Investments, LLC, a global asset manager with a significant emphasis on real estate investments. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Hycroft, a private equity advisory firm, and as a Human Resources Generalist at Eaton Partners, an institutional capital raising firm. Jessica holds a Master of Arts degree in English/Language Arts from the University of San Diego.
