Chiara Maria Sassu

Chiara Maria Sassu, Ph.D., currently serves as the Regional Head of HR APAC at COS since June 2022. Prior to this role, Chiara held various positions at H&M from December 2015 to May 2022, including Regional Sustainability Manager, Area Manager for H&M and COS brands, Store Manager at the flagship store in Sanlitun, Beijing, and Senior Store Designer. From January 2014 to December 2015, Chiara was the Main Investor and Head of Operations at Neemic. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Architect at Royal Seal Media from July 2010 to December 2013 and as a Store Designer at Fendi from June 2008 to June 2009. Chiara's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Architecture and Urban Restoration, a Master of Sciences in Architecture, and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, all obtained from Sapienza Università di Roma.
