Sarah Karbowy

Sarah Karbowy is an experienced financial professional currently serving as the Regional Financial Business Controller for Europe at COS since April 2024. Prior to this, Sarah worked at H&M from July 2009 to April 2024, holding various positions including Country Financial Business Controller for the UK and Ireland, where responsibilities included managing a revenue budget exceeding £700 million and leading a team of over 10 Area Financial Business Controllers. Sarah also played a key role as Area Financial Business Controller during the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on profitability and financial planning for over 20 stores in South UK. Additional roles at H&M included Store Manager, Department Manager, and International Expansion Lead Trainer, responsible for launching new store locations in Australia. Sarah holds an educational background from NSB, graduating in 2009.
