David Heifetz

David Heifetz has a diverse work experience in the software industry. David began their career at Icon Software Corp in 1999, starting as a Tech Support I and eventually becoming a Tech Support III/Team Leader. In this role, they guided a team of 2-4 members in resolving customer issues and escalated program issues to developers.
