Richard Casten

Richard Casten's work experience includes a series of progressively senior finance and accounting roles. Richard is currently the SVP and Chief Financial Officer at Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where they oversee the global financial strategy and organization of the corporation. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Baudax Bio for over a year. From 2016 to 2021, they held the position of Vice President Finance, Controller and Treasurer at Lupin Pharmaceuticals. Before that, they worked as a Senior Director of Finance and Accounting at Endo International plc from 2012 to 2016 and as a Director of Financial Reporting at Endo Pharmaceuticals from 2011 to 2012. Earlier in their career, they held finance and accounting positions at Campbell Soup Company, Ernst & Young, and Fishbein & Company, P.C.

Richard Casten completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting at Lehigh University College of Business. Richard then attended North Allegheny High School before pursuing a Masters in Business Administration at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management. Richard also earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Lehigh University. In terms of certifications, they hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in California and Pennsylvania.
