Rick Antoniewicz

Rick Antoniewicz has extensive work experience in finance and control roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Rick served as the Plant Controller at Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from December 2018 to present, and at G&W Laboratories Inc. from July 2015 to present. Prior to these positions, they worked as a Consultant at RGP at Pfizer from February 2012 to July 2015. Rick also held multiple roles at Merck, including Finance Director from November 2009 to December 2011, and Finance Director - New Jersey Operations from November 2007 to November 2009. Their early career involved working in the Finance Department at Organon USA from September 1978 to November 2007 and as the Controller of Manufacturing & General Services at Organon Pharmaceuticals from 2000 to 2007. Throughout their career, Rick has demonstrated expertise in financial management, cost reduction strategies, budgeting and forecasting, and system integration. Rick has also successfully led site closure plans and negotiations with insurers for claims settlements.

Rick Antoniewicz attended Rutgers University from 1974 to 1978, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance. In 2009, they also completed a Mini-MBA in Business Essentials from Rutgers University.
