Rob Solly

Rob Solly has a diverse and extensive work experience. Rob is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Cosimmetry, a position they have held since January 2023. Rob is also the Director of Solly Consulting Ltd and a Senior Advisor at Newton Europe, both positions started in January 2023. Prior to these roles, they served as the Director of Research Partnerships (Defence) at Improbable from March 2021 to January 2023. Before that, they held various positions at Dstl, including Division Head, Defence and Security Analysis, Acting Head, Defence and Security Accelerator, and Senior Principal Analyst. Rob also worked as a UK Exchange Officer at the US Department of Defense and as an Assistant Director of Force Development / Strategy Management at the UK Ministry of Defense. Rob began their career as a Project Manager/Group Leader at Dstl and as an Operational Research Analyst at the Defence Evaluation and Research Agency.

Rob Solly earned a BEng degree in Aeronautics & Astronautics from the University of Southampton, where they studied from 1988 to 1991.
