Pauline Kruijt - Tijdens has extensive experience in the healthcare and rehabilitation fields, currently serving as an Adviseur Kennis Kwaliteit en Onderzoek at Cosis since December 2020. Prior roles include working as an Adviseur Onderzoek en Innovatie at UMCG Centrum voor Revalidatie, where innovative research was conducted for the transition of a sports complex into a participation center, and with the Gemeente Steenwijkerland to develop plans addressing population aging. Additionally, significant experience as a Fysiotherapeut at Fysio Grootegast and Fysiotherapie Scheperpark involved managing movement groups and treating orthopedic and neurological conditions, as well as leading sports-specific training and integrated home care therapy. Pauline holds a Master's degree in Healthy Ageing from Hanze, complemented by specialized training in physical rehabilitation.
